Kelly Yeung, President and CEO

Ally Ho, CFO
Lai Ching Ally Ho, born in Hong Kong, educated in the United State of America and holds a BBA in Accounting and MBA in Finance. Ally is a Certified Public Accountant of the State of Florida since 2001. She is the Chief Financial Officer of IRMG and has been working for this enterprise for more than ten years.

Stephen Yeung, Vice President
Stephen literally grew up in the restaurant business. He began working summers and weekends from the time he was in junior high school. He studied business management and hospitality management at Florida International University. Then received a Masters in Business Administration at the University of Florida in order to shift his focus from only operations to a greater focus on running the company as a whole.

Anthony Napoliello, Vice President
Anthony began his career in the restaurant industry at the young age of 15.  He attended Barry University in Miami, FL where he obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration and his MBA, both with a concentration in Management.  Anthony has been with IRMG for 13 years, and he is currently the Vice President of Development.
